1. What is a spread sheet?
Answer:
Collection of columns and rows that form a table is called spread sheet.

2. What is Graph?
Answer:
A Graph is a visual representative of data in both columns and rows. Graph are usually used to analyze trends and pattern in data sets.

3. Write down the steps to insert chart in your spread sheet.
Answer:
1.Highlight data to make a chart.
2.Click on insert.
3.Click on chart.
4.Select required chart.

4. Write down the steps to add two numbers in spread sheet.
Answer:
1.Insert data in cell A1 and B1.
2.Write formula =A1+B1 in cell C1.
3.Press enter key.

5. How can we select printable area in Excel?
Answer:
Highlight the part of work sheet that you would like to print out on paper.

6. What is Pie chart? For which purpose do we use it?
Answer:
A Pie chart is a circular chart that use pie slices to show relative data. It is used when you want to quantify items and shows then as percentage.

7. What is bar chart? For which purpose do we use it?
Answer:
Bar chart is a specific way of representing data using horizontal rectangular bar. It is used when you want to compare values across a few categories. The values run horizontally.

8. What is Column chart? For which purpose do we use it?
Answer:
Column chart is a specific way of representing data using vertical rectangular bar. It is used when you want to compare values across a few categories. The values run vertically.

9. What is Line chart? For which purpose do we use it?
Answer:
A line chart is a way of plotting data points on a line. It is used when you want to visualize trends over a period of time i.e. months, days, years, etc.

10. What is combo chart? For which purpose do we use it?
Answer:
Combination of line and column chart is called combo chart. It is used when you want to highlight  different types of information.
